Nitrogen Ice Cream Bar – the Ultimate Wow Factor For Your Event!

Fully brandable for a bespoke experience - we'll be responsible for possibly the most Instagrammed pictures of your event!

We have worked at hundreds of venues from grand ballrooms on Park Lane and remote stately homes in Scotland to sky high venues in London.
No location is too far or too tricky for us to get to and deliver our unique ice cream service – we have worked all over the UK, Europe, even as far as Norway.
All we need is one plug socket and 30 minutes to set up our nitrogen ice cream bar and we are ready to go.

The bar is perfect at almost any event: at a black tie dinner or party, either making and serving ice creams or frozen cocktails; at weddings and bar mitzvahs to dazzle your guests; or on a stand at a trade show/exhibition, where visitors will literally stop in their tracks to watch and enjoy, giving you a perfect opportunity to engage with them.

Freezing at -196C we can create mouth-watering ice cream concoctions which are sensationally smooth, and as we are freezing at such low temperatures we can literally freeze alcohol, meaning your favourite cocktails can be scooped and eaten with a spoon –amazing!

Choose from our extensive list of ice cream and sorbet flavours, or make up your own – we really can make any flavour – perfect if you have a theme, colour scheme or product to promote. Our current favourites are Eton Mess, Cherry Bakewell, Apple Crumble, Choccy Rocky Road, Banoffee Pie, and the very boozy Expresso Martini and Strawberry Daiquiri. Of course, the bar is fully brandable, and can be delivered and set up in under 30 minutes. Both our double and single bars take up very little space and require no refrigeration.

To help fit into any wedding budget, we can work within your price range to offer you the best service to suit your needs. As well as our Nitrogen Ice Cream bar, we also offer our deliciously dainty mini cones filled with award-winning ice cream from our supplier, Maison des Sorbets.

And if ice cream isn’t your thing? Have a look at what we do to see if any one of our sweet treats such as popcorn or candyfloss will take your fancy.

As nitrogen ice cream is a pretty unique concept, please see below for some common FAQs.

Liquid nitrogen is nitrogen in a liquid state at an extremely low temperature. It is produced industrially by fractional distillation of liquid air. Liquid nitrogen is a colourless clear liquid.

Yes. Liquid nitrogen has been used for many years to enhance certain food products. Liquid nitrogen can be harmful if it is digested in liquid form, however because the way that our bars have been manufactured the liquid nitrogen we use is fully evaporated before our icecream is ready to serve meaning there is no opportunity for anyone to come in to contact with liquid nitrogen in its liquid state.

The smoke is actually liquid nitrogen evaporating into the atmosphere and freezing it. It is perfectly safe just quite cold!.

Because liquid nitrogen freezes whatever it come into contact with pretty much instantly it produces very smooth ice cream. This is because ice crystals do not have a chance to form in the freezing process meaning that our ice cream is incredibly smooth.

Yes. Our bars require one 13AMP plug socket and that is it.
Absolutely – our RAMS give a full explanation of the process of making ice cream with liquid nitrogen, and we have PLI of £10 million.
